Job Description:

Service Desk Analyst required by a reputable legal firm located close to Piccadilly Circus Station. The company work mainly within the property and private wealth sectors providing a clear, focused and approachable service. The Service Desk Analyst would be supporting around 300 end users on a 1st and 2nd line support basis escalating issues to the relevant member of staff when needed. The Service Desk Analyst will use a ticketing system to receive and log issues accordingly, categorising their priority and resolving them quickly and efficiently to have minimal impact to the day to day running of the business. This is a position where the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the creation of support documentation and, system and process improvements, and be a part of the implementation of any upgrades. The Service Desk Analyst will preferably have experience working within the legal sector and have exceptional communication skills. They will be an analytical thinker and thrive on working within a fast-paced environment. They will manage their own time and be able to adapt to change at the drop of a hat with a positive and resilient attitude. Essential Skills and Knowledge: - Experienced in IT applications used within the legal sector such as ReKoop, BigHand - Knowledgeable in supporting MS Office 2016 products - Qualifications with Word, Excel, CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation A weekday shift rota and on-call weekend rota are attached to this role.
