Key responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date HR files and produce reports as appropriate

Providing support to the HR Manager and regularly updating them on key issues and tasks in hand

Prepare and implement Induction Packs and assist with processes for new starters

Provide administrative support for the performance review process

Absence Monitoring

Administration of payroll and company benefits

Assist with HR Project work where appropriate

What the employer is looking for:

HR Administration experience is required or a relevant degree

Basic familiarity with Employment Law (or understanding of when/where to research)

Excellent administrative skills

Highly organised, motivated and confident

Able to work quickly and accurately without supervision, and on own initiative

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy needed

Good written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of confidentiality issues

Use of MS Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
