Due to a period of rapid growth, Forward Role are working with an award-winning and family-owned British Jewellers to recruit 2 Marketing Coordinators to join their 18 strong Marketing team. Established over 100 years ago, they now have over 70 stores across the UK and an ecommerce website.

The Roles:

Marketing Coordinator Brand u00A0

Coordinate the development of the brands including the maintenance of brand guidelines

Support wider teams and partners in ensuring all communications are true to the brand and are presented in a cohesive and compelling way

Development and execution of seasonal look and feel including seasonal photography guidelines and toolkits

Brief and execute both product and lifestyle photography

Development and execution of promotional creative

Creative support for wider marketing team

Measurement and monitoring of brand metrics regular reporting to the wider business

Supporting Store Design team with updates to their store network

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a marketing team or advertising agency

A passion for building strong brands and excellent creative

Highly organised, adaptable, responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional attention to detail to support the high levels of accuracy and quality control required

Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter, able to prioritise and work under own initiative

Ability to work efficiently and accurately on several projects at any one time

An ability to think creatively to solve problems

Marketing Coordinator Retail

Planning, coordinating, and reporting on:

All promotions in-store and online working with various internal teams, ultimately ensuring all promotions are delivered consistently across all channels, on-time and to meet the objectives

Product launches, briefing and working with internal teams to coordinate multi-channel activity supporting agreed objectives, and preparing relevant schedules and internal launch comms as required for the business

All local level marketing activity as required (such as promotion of new stores and boutiques)

Collaborating with a range of fashion jewellery and watch brand-partners, planning tailored annual marketing calendars and various product launches and promotions through the year as required

Measurement and reporting on the success of promotional activity and presenting this to the business and brand partner teams

Various admin including (but not limited to) preparing internal promotion launch comms, coordinating meetings / calls and minutes as required maintaining a range of internal admin systems and documents, and support for the wider marketing department as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Solid understanding of (and passion for) marketing, and the ability to recommend the right channels for specific marketing promotions

Demonstrable experience in planning multi-channel marketing activity and coordinating multiple teams simultaneously

Confident and comfortable dealing with colleagues, suppliers, agencies, and clients across all levels

A keen collaborator who can inspire and listen to others

Initiative to ask questions, speak up, contribute ideas and challenge ideas where needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, can be relied upon to work under own initiative and take on responsibilities as required by the business

Microsoft Office proficient
