Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a well-known and established professional organisation in the Oldbury area who are seeking a Sales Administrator to start immediately.

The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm with half hour lunch break each day and 8.30am to 1.30pm with no lunch and free parking is available.

Duties and tasks will include:

u00BB Raising enquiry / order acknowledgements

u00BB Preparing quotations

u00BB Liaising with customers via telephone and email

u00BB Liaising with other departments such as production and external sales

u00BB Involvement in Lean processes

u00BB Providing assistance with customer orders, requests and queries

u00BB Processing sales orders received onto EFACS

u00BB Carrying out general admin duties within the office including filing, faxing, etc.

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

u00BB Previous experience in a sales administration role

u00BB Knowledge of sales process would be an advantage

u00BB Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines

u00BB Good telephone manner and strong customer service skills

u00BB Be computer literate and able to communicate at all levels with other departments

u00BB Be able to work as part of a small team and on own initiative

u00BB Have a positive attitude
